Question Throttle PM's Settings not working

Dear support,

I'm trying to set up the function " Throttle PM's Settings" in order to preventing new users to send a certain amount of PM's during first days of forum but it seems not working.
Can you explain how does it work? I looked into the site but I found no help for solving this matter.

Update: Sorry for the delay

I've been unable to replicate any issues with the functionality as it is. From your settings, it seems as if members who are not a member of the Super Moderators or Administrators user groups are limited to sending a maximum of 2 PMs a day, unless they have 50 or more posts.

Is this not what you are experiencing on your forum?
