I'm planning to get vBNotification for my forum , but first I want to ask about the most important feature which I seek in this product .
Is your product support notification for new post in user thread ?
That is not possible and I doubt it will be made possible either, as it's not designed for that kind of notification - only those that integrate with the vBulletin "Notifications" dropdown
