VAT for society

Hi,
i'm the owner of webheberge.com
I'm a little society with VAT number in EU
I see you charge the VAT, but you don't give to the customer to specify our VAT number and not pay it.
It's a real problem, because in regard of the law, you need to give me the possibility to specify my VAT and be exempt to pay it.
Could you solve this problem please ?

We do offer this option

If you go here: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/vbecommerce.php?do=members&action=transactions and click "Download Invoice" you will be able to fill out your business info.

If you enter the VAT number, and if it passes validation with the business details you input, we'll flag your account as being exempt from VAT

I've set the flag for you, you should now be able to purchase without being charged VAT

Update: I've updated the navigation for our eCommerce software since you were indeed correct in that the link to "Your Transactions" was missing from the v3 skins. You should now be able to access it from either the front page or the Client Area
