Everything works as expected.

Forums -> Modifications -> Sidebar (Categories) XenForo (or any category)

The Support tab can be a bit wonky at times, when I have more time I'll have to re-investigate how to properly set it up for non-staff users.

Basically, it's not a moderator action per se but it's filtering to tickets that's assigned to you (which will always be 0).

@Frybread sorry for the delay, I've made some changes to the ticketing system so the category list should make more sense now. If I'm correct, the default filter should now be tickets you've started, when visiting that page.
