Legacy User notification of livewall response?

Is it possible to have the user be notified of new responses to a livewall feed? I have missed several responses by not checking it frequently enough.

I would like to second this for vb3.8x series as well, even just a notification in the notification area in the navbar would be nice. Any way to consider it for future versions?
