Question Upgrade issue

Hello,

I just upgraded my forum to 4.2.2 and now I am trying to upgrade vBDonate from 1.4.2 to 1.4.5 and when I try to upgrade, it says please wait and nothing happens.

I uploaded all of the files to the host, went to AdminCP, Manage Products, Add Import/Product, checked "allow overwrite" and it did not work.

Please help!

Hmmm, never seen that before, v1.4.5 has been out for 5 months now and no one else has reported this issue.

I have this error on the main page of my site, perhaps this has something to do with it?
