i have a problem with the home page of the shop:

all other pages work:

Could you please provide screenshots? I can't see those links unless I register, and it may be possible to resolve it without needing to go through a registration process in a foreign language

You can change the properties of the sidebar container by changing the CSS properties in the dbtech_vbshop.css file.

Since this is an issue caused by a custom skin, we are unfortunately unable to give you specific instructions for how to fix it. You may wish to consult your skin coder.

now i have an other small problem with an item:

Theft protection

i tray to configure it but when i ceck theft and i save the protection skip to Username Change
