Question SuperPM Attachments -- can't find/how?

I have permissions set to allow for attachments in PMs, but I can't find any interface option to perform attachments. Not in a new message, not in a reply, not in quick reply, not in advanced...?

Am I missing something?

Turns out I am an idiot. I didn't turn SuperPMs "ON" from the main config page.

I was confused because I was seeing some effects of superpms (inbox previews, etc).
