Bug PM attachments not showing

When a user sends an attachment photo, the recipient gets it does not always show up and most of the time the user gets the invalid attachment specified message when they click it.

Is there a setting/permission I am missing somewhere for usergroups that allows it to be viewed?

I'm unable to replicate this issue on your site at this time. Could you please PM me with the account details of an affected account, so I can see this issue in action?

It's certainly random, I do know that if I send a photo from my pc and I look at it from tapatalk it doesn't show (and gives that message).

There is one member who I logged in to their account (not from tapatalk) and saw the same message.

I will get the info from the member and send it to you as soon as I get it.
