Bug Still UTF-8 not working

Still UTF-8 not working , Thread Title Mouse-over does not get working. Please can i get any update about on this issue?

The UTF-8 changes are only designed to work with forums that use the HTML Entity method of storing the symbols in the database.

That being said, have you tried turning on the Convert to UTF-8 setting?

If neither of those options work, then UTF-8 is not supported on your specific configuration as per our previous discussion.

Convert to UTF-8 setting set to YES , But does not help.

My Language Setting is HTML Character Set ISO-8859-1
