Bug sound not working

I have double checked to make sure the sound is enabled for all features. but we can not get it to work. we have had several members using differant browsers said they could not hear it also. is there something we may have done in installation that could have caused this we had the lite version of vbshout and the sound worked fine in the lite. but when we installed the pro version its not working.

Please check your UserCP under DBTech - Shoutbox -> Settings and ensure sounds are enabled.
