Some Fields Missing Options and Answer Boxes

On the custom registration page some of the fields are missing their respective option selection and answer text box.

A screenshot of the user profile manager with the affected profile fields shown would help debug why certain fields work and others don't.

Wasn't sure exactly which screenshot you wanted so I did them all. Hope it helps. Oh and btw, can someone change the title from "Mission" to "Missing"? Stupid auto correct.

I cannot reproduce this on my own install, so it may either be a lite issue, a conflict of mods, or some other unknown condition introducing this behavior.

This has been fixed - an assumption was made for custom profile fields that they were only numbered 1-9, it would not work correctly with field ID 10 and higher
