I've got a report today that users of social groups cannot start new discussions. And I can confirm this problem. It exists also on your forum - go to a social group (or create a new one), and press a button to create new discussion thread (Social groups!). You're landing on an empty page - no error, no warning, just a blank, empty page. The discussion is not created.
I don't know about your logs, but I've browsed my error logs and there's nothing particular in them (apart from the warnings we were talking last week - sorry, didn't have time to open the forum for you).
I'm also not 100% sure it's dbseo (it may be some other extension, but it's apparently installed on your forum also)...
