Question DB Error Access denied for user

Hi and thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

When trying to access my VBulletin I get the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'inspecti'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in...

Database error in DragonByte SEO 2.0.0 Beta 2:

Access denied for user 'inspecti'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
******************************************

My site was already down with another DB error ( [inspecti_VB-4-2-0-1.IN_cache] Table is marked as crashed ) but I ran the "Repair Database" and that was corrected.

Now I get the error " Database error in DragonByte SEO 2.0.0 Beta 2:"

I did change the password to my Cpanel but not to my database.

Is there a way for me to change/edit the password for
DragonByte SEO 2.0.0 Beta 2:

What would you suggest to fix this issue?

Hi there,

This is unrelated to DBSEO. This means your MySQL username and password in the vBulletin config.php file is incorrect.

DBSEO is mentioned in the error message because it overrides the MySQL connection adapter to add new features.
