Bug Shout Notification Sound

The notification sound of a new shout does not work. There should be a pop sound when a shout is made, however there is not. If someone changes the color of their font, there is a pop sound. Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong?

I'm unable to replicate this issue on your forum, I heard a pop sound no problem

I have even changed the audio to another .ogg file and it still isn't playing. What may I be doing wrong. A lot of my members are not hearing it either.

Yes, I have tried all 3 major browsers.

I'm using Chrome as well and it still works fine for me on your site
