Legacy Separate Gifts and Purchases in postbit.

This is a very useful feature and was even in vBShop 1. It seems to have been removed in version 2 and would be great to have it back.

It's not coming back, the distinction between gifts and purchases was removed because it caused confusion for admins and members alike.

With the Pro version members can choose what they want to display in the postbit via their inventory
