Bug Scrolling Nomination header links go no-where!

Notice the scrolling sidebar widget on FORUMDISPLAY has several titles that links go no where.

For example: Grab bag of the week link here on DBT is https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/vbnominate.php?id=52

But clicking it ^^ a blank headed vbulletin message shows :s
