RSS Feed Mod

I'm surprised this has not been requested here before currently vB RSS feed is Global On/Off but it would be nice to be able to Turn On and Off RSS Feed per Forum. I'm sure we could come up with few features.

I keep coming back to the RSS feed for different reasons, currently I would like to set up a Podcast but I don't wish to have all my forums working on a RSS.

I just recalled that Dbtech seems to have a mod in place or did it by template edits in regards to RSS per forum.
