vbseo had an option to replace strings in the html output. I would be a great addition to dbseo to have this same feature.

I'm going to flag this as On Hold. This feature request isn't directly related to SEO, and has the potential to significantly reduce the performance of the forum, so it's something we want to be careful when adding.
