Bug Recalculate points error

Hi, when I try to recalculate points or run anything else in the maintenance section, I receive the following error:

Please try clicking Repair Cache before trying again.

If not, then check the dbtech_vbactivity_type table to see if the filename column is properly populated.

Thanks for the fast response. I've checked both options but am still receiving the error I've also tried re-uploading the product

Yes, it was, but uninstalling and reinstalling put everything right
