Bug problem with titles with Non-latin characters

Hi

I think they messed up all the urls titles with non latin characters, I see it in our indices:
For example a title like this cityXplorer South America - São Paulo, Brazil up to 2013.40 Fid 800

doesn't show properly.
Even if you put in a thread title something like | or ' or [ or ì or è , the title doesn't show properly.
This function:

Filter Non-Latin Characters
This setting will replace non-Latin characters with their Latin equivalents (i.e. Café would become Cafe).
Remove Non-Latin Characters
Replace Non-Latin Characters
Keep Non-Latin Characters

doesn't work at all, before just, "Remove not latin characters" was working, improperly but it was working, now it doesn't work anymore.

I think it should be fixed

The order of the setting labels is actually incorrect. The correct order is:

Filter Non-Latin Characters
This setting will replace non-Latin characters with their Latin equivalents (i.e. Café would become Cafe).
Keep Non-Latin Characters
Remove Non-Latin Characters
Replace Non-Latin Characters

Please select your option accordingly. This will be fixed in the next version, due to release on Monday.
