Question Problem uploading

I don't know that this is actually a bug or what... but I have someone that can't upload files. He keeps getting the popup in the screenshot. I've never seen this and have uploaded using the same version browser he is (FF 13.0.1) and I don't have the problem. Anyway, any suggestions? I can upload just fine.

I think that'll happen if you double click upload, like if you upload a large file and hit upload again, that's when you see that message. I don't suppose he's doing that? Getting impatient on a large file?
