Bug PM Notifications after second instance created

IGNORE - SWITCHING OPTIONS ON AND OFF A FEW TIMES APPEARS TO HAVE KICK STARTED THE NOTIFICATIONS. NO BUG >

PM notifications stopped working in Instance1 after I created an Instance2 with PM notifications also enabled. When I disable PM notifications in Instance2, they appear again in Instance 1.

I'm unable to confirm that on 5.4.4 PL2. Are you sure you're running the latest version?

You could try re-downloading and re-uploading, then re-importing the XML file.

I thought I was on the latest version, having downloaded a few days ago. I will upgrade. At any rate, I have it kick-started and PM Notifications are working on both instances. Thanks for your prompt reply...it's refreshing to get tech support so quickly.
