Origin CDN Issue

I'm still seeing this with the latest beta (downloaded today) with MaxCDN as Origin Pull. For me, it happens after any product install/uninstall/update. However, I manual flush cache doesn't seem to work for me. I have to explicitly use 'CDN Integration > Sync with CDN' every time to have the old/new stylesheets uploaded (the output shows four stylesheets changed and uploaded)

This is intended for now, automatic flushing isn't part of the CDN yet (which is why it's designed around static content for now). That said the sync process shouldn't really do anything, on Origin setup vB Optimise will not upload any files - but it will re-cdnise them so that images inside the .css point to the correct location, so that's all that should change when you sync really.
