It being enabled in the Product Manager is not the same as it being enabled in vBulletin Options.

It also needs an Opcode Cacher set in order to function - otherwise it has nothing to do.
 
already installed and still does not work eacelerator

That error message will show up if the functions like [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]eaccelerator_get and [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]eaccelerator_put aren't found, so it's not a vBO issue :)[/FONT]

and all works well, APC has these parameters, any change would be good?

I don't think APC needs any configuration changes, but you could try asking your host or read up on Google about how APC works :)
