Bug Loading........

I just downloaded and installed the shout....I have installed and uninstalled many times, but it is still just loading....
What is the issue???

Please check Firefox' error console for any JavaScript errors

Click the Errors tab in the console window so you don't see all the CSS Warnings as they are irrelevant for this debugging process.

Fridays are release nights, so I'm usually working all day preparing for the releases. Support is less active on Fridays, unfortunately.

I can see the issue, it's not setting the path to jQuery properly. I'll need FTP to investigate why that is

This appears to be the result of a template customisation, as there's no fault in the code - it's sending the correct path to the templates.

Please revert all customisations to vBShout templates.

If this does not resolve your issue, I will need my account bumped up to Administrator to look into this further.

I've re-imported the product XML file and it now loads fine
