Anyways to remove the HTML and make this clickable?

I'll check out what's causing the issue. What HTML settings do you have? Is the space on that screen in the URL real? It looks like the link would be slightly broken which is odd.

Yeah the link in the PM was to a real listing, we're testing it out with a team of 20 people in Sandbox mode, would that affect any functionality?
