Is there a 'loan' action coming?

Hello, will there be a loan action coming? Where the board / forum leader can loan credits to Members? Or do you use donate or adjust? Just trying to figure a 'loan' type of action in this.

Structured loans with interest/penalties etc was stripped due to complications and general unuse in the 1.x versions. There doesnt seem to be any demand to restore it, aside from your request right now. So, in the short term, there are no plans for it.
