Is it possible to swap a vb5 license for a vb4 license?

I recently purchased the pro license for VBshout for VB5. Is it possible to swap it for a VB4 license? Between the issues with VB5 and the issues with VBshout for VB5, I can't take it anymore neither can my users. I am going to switching back to VB4. I love your shoutbox and would like to fully utilize it on VB4 instead of VB5.
