Legacy Invalid Command shouldn't be used

So right now if someone was to put a forward slash and some text it would return "Invalid Command".

This doesn't make sense. It should just be entered as text. For example... I like putting /facepalm when people say dumb shit. But I can't do that unless I type some random stuff in front of /facepalm.
