Bug internal server error

I uploaded all file via the ftp for the latest version 1.3.0 went to upload the plugin after it uploaded it did not go to the page saying temples merged or whatever it normaly says but what it showed is in the screenshot uploaded

Can I get someone to login to my site and see if a rule or settings needs changed

Please check your server's error_log file to see the real cause behind a 500 ISE.

In that case you'll need to contact your host for assistance with finding the error message, as I won't be able to assist you until I know the real error message.

host says there is no error messages

Then you need to ask them to turn on logging of error messages in Apache.

I uploaded the latest version so far it seems to of fixed the problem
