Bug Ignore not working?

It seems the ignore feature isn't working. Maybe I have it setup wrong?

Also what is the difference between that and silence? I tried that as well and it didn't seem to do anything either.

I just tested it on this site and there's no problems with the ignore feature that I can see. Maybe you typed the username incorrectly?

Silence is the same as the Global Ignore feature in vBulletin, every other member will also be unable to see their shouts, but they can see their own.

OK...upon further testing you are correct that typing the command works. However the command via drop down menu when clicking on username does not.

Same applies to the silence command.

EDIT....now it seems to be working...hrmm. Will get back if I can figure out what it is causing the issue.

OK...it is not working. It works until the next auto refresh of the chat and then the user becomes visible again in chat. This appears to only be when the dropdown menu on username is used to initiate the command.

Confirmed, a hotfix will be available for v5.4.4 shortly
