Question Having Trouble with Custom buttons

they seem to display wrong as seen here:

these are the settings for the button:

as far as I can tell with some messing about the title is displaying just before the Action text and overlapping
how do I fix this?

also how do I add an icon to a custom button?

That's working as intended, you need to upload an image called What.png (minding the capital W) to /dbtech/thanks/images
