Completed Forum Live Wall & User Wall (1.2.3)

Notification that I'm working on the Live Wall mod today for the manual... hoping to get it done by the end of the day unless I hit any issues.

Fillip H., version 1.1.0 is completed. Have a look over and let me know if there are any changes needed.

Updated to the latest version (1.2.3) now. Just needs Fillip H. to check I've not missed anything from the last couple of updates.
