Is there a way to see who has been silenced?

Not currently, no. There's plans of implementing a /banlist and /silencelist command

Awesome thanks...yeah with multiple mods being able to implement bans/silences I think we need a way to keep track of who is in the list. Maybe just list them in the report threads tab (visible only to usergroups with admin/mod permisssions).
