Hello, I have a performance problem on my server, I'm getting 500 errors when I browse my pages. i Attached a screenshot with the error.

I use Dragonbyte seo and VbOptimise (with memcache), I don't know the reason for these 500 errors, but I could see in my VPS statistics that the dbseo.php script uses a lot of CPU, maybe this can be related?

Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?

You need to look at your server error log to find the real reason behind a 500 Internal Server Error. A 500 ISE is completely meaningless on its own, it's a generic error meant to mask the real error message.

dbseo.php does not use a lot of CPU. The reason why your monitoring scripts believe this is the fact that all vBulletin traffic gets routed through dbseo.php, and therefore poorly made monitoring scripts will believe dbseo.php is the source of the traffic.

Ignore the monitoring scripts.

The problem is that my error logs are empty, they do not show any errors....

However, when I browse vbulletin, I often get an error like the one I have attached to you in my first message...

My problem is that I don't know what these errors are due to:(

Are you sure you're looking at the correct error logs? For CentOS / Apache, the log file is /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

Okay, now I can see some mistakes of this kind:

End of script output before headers: dbseo.php

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Thank you :)

Hi I checked, my version of php and my handler-php

Currently I use php version 5.6 Server API CGI/FastCGI

But I continue to have extreme overload on my VPS :(

VPS support tells me this:

"I have checked the account and could see that DBseo.php has like 5 processes running that are using a ton of resources

mysql is also using a fair amount of ram

20062 worldesc 20 0 429m 31m 20m R 8.6 0.4 0:00.28 /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php-cgi /home/worldescortforum/mx.worldescortforum.com/dbseo.php

This iusing a ton of resources"

I have no idea how to fix it....

My VPS is powerful (It has 4 cores and 8GB RAM)

Can you help me please?

As I explained earlier, attributing all the resource usage to dbseo.php is not correct. There is no way to work around this, as every vBulletin page will be routed through dbseo.php.

If your site's resource usage is above what your VPS provider supports, or your VPS is too slow, then your site is large enough that you should move up to a dedicated server.
