Expanding rating dialog make all messages impulsived to right column

In vBulletin 4.1.10 Alpha 1, when expand rating dialog make all messages were impulsived to right column.

Does is do the same thing when there is no image up there at the top of the thread? The text flows around the rating box here, not sure what the difference is between here and your site besides the image.
