Bug Downloads of deleted users

Hi Fillip H.,

Following problem we have in our forums.
Once a user has been deleted, you can no longer perform the downloads from him.

The following error message other users then:
vBulletin Message

USerXYZ, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Download via "Download all files" to work.

Specifically, is it when clicking an individual file, or when viewing the download info page?

Download Info page works, but if you click on the download link, the error message is displayed.

This should now be resolved, if you re-download v2.4.4 PL1 and re-upload /dbtech/downloads/actions/file.php
