Bug Discussions wit accent mark no longer work

After upgrading to the latest version of bdseo 1.1.3, discussions with the accent mark, not open anymore.

Example: Milan, riecco Damiao! Robinho nell ' affare

Example 2: Topic in which there is the word Eto ' o


"The web page has a redirect loop"

What is the value of the Filter Non-Latin Characters setting?

And the links return to work. But the titles of other threads change.

I suffered from it in a previous versions , it was fixed
and now it is back from the version 1.1.2
