Legacy Disable the New Post

We have the option for Is "What's New" tab hidden?
You can disable the "What's New" tab with this setting.

Request to have an option for the "New Post" which is under Forum to be hidden.

Disable the "New Post" with this setting.

Where exactly do you want the new post to be disabled?

Right here in red...because when upgrading it a pain.
Right now I usually comment it out but it would be nice
not have to worry about it besides who needs it when I have Infopanels.

OK I will add it to considered for a future version. I also may add options to remove all of the default sublinks and the groups, so you can remove any of the items in the sublink navbar.
