Bug Detach error

When a user clicks on detach to open the detached version of the chat, the page loads with the following error.

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/******/public_html/dbtech/usertag/hooks/dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox_start.php on line 2
