Question dbtech_vbactivity_pointslog table is huge: how can I clean it.

I want to know if I can clean the table dbtech_vbactivity_pointslog , and how to avoid it becoming big again. Right now, it's size is 600MB.

I would recommend turning off Points for Days Registered, then re-calculate points
