For the days registered criteria for 3 yrs I put: Days Registered >= 1095
Am I doing it wrong. The award is showing in the postbit of a mener who has only been at my site less than 2yrs not 3yrs or more

It is even giving out post count awards to people who are no where near that post amount. Like i have an award for 10,000 posts
i have it in criteria for this much: Posts >= 10000 and it is giving it out to people who barely even have 2000 posts

Did you try re-calculating the Achievements? It's possible that it gave the Achievement while the criteria was less strict, especially if you based it off of the previous Achievements instead of making one from scratch.

I did recalc in maint and it still is giving them out. I did also ecit some of the basics that were there but I made sure to change thier condition. Should I redo them all again erase what is there and start over? Do I need decimals or commas in numbers with more than 3 digits?

No, decimals / commas would ensure they didn't work.

Is there a way for me to get ftp / admin on your site to test this out?

I found deleting them and starting from scratch has solved the problem
So you wont need the info I sent ya ...lol
