Controlling Notifications Per Instance Type

Would it be possible to show notifications from a forum for Instance A and not Instance B. The way it it set up now is the notifications I have pulling from two of my forums are showing up in the two instances I have - the main shout and a test shout.

There's definite room for improvement there, and this is something we'll look into the best way of implementing in a future version.
