Legacy Comments Threads Linked in File Description

I'll go ahead and make this one an official 4.2 request, as the code is already out there and Dylan helped me get this working on my site (although it doesn't always work for some reason). If a user has the automatically generate comment threads turned on, it would be nice for that thread's URL to be listed in the file description automatically. I'm bumping this thread, as after the upgrade to 2.01 I've lost the automatic threads edit I made on the old version (the one that screwed up my upgrade). This time I'm crossing my fingers for official implementation.

It's been a year, and I'm bumping this request. Now that I'm seriously preparing to ditch DownloadsII (which has automatic comment thread linking) I would love to see this implemented.

This will be implemented in v2.2.2, due to be released on Monday
