Changing other user's stuff.

I have not been able to figure this out yet. How can you set something up to allow people to purchase changes to other user's titles, etc?

Set "Giftable" to Yes while adding the items

Then, a Recipient field will appear when purchasing the item.

Where does it say Giftable? When setting it up or buying it?

Because it's not showing in either space.
