Legacy Blocking spamers

Ability that mod checks legitimacy of users registering with different anti spam organizations, like [GlowHost] Spam-O-Matic - Spam Firewall stops forum spam - vBulletin.org Forum does.

It would help us if we have only one mod (yours) to handle all registration issues.

This wasn't created to be an anti-spam mod but this feature should definitely be useful. It's accepted but I'm not quite sure when it'll be added.

I see no reason why v1.2.0 would not be compatible with that specific product.
