Bug After Installation can create new instances but they will no display

On my test instance I installed the lite version of reviews, I then bought the full version and re-installed with the full version. All worked fine.

I then installed the full version onto my main instance. The install seemed to work successfully however the reviews won't display correctly, questions and custom fields didn't display in the review once posted.

I figured that the install may not have been completely successful, so I uninstalled and re-installed. Now if I create a new instance it will not display in the navigation.

When I un-install do I need to do something else before re-installing?
 
Came to the conclusion, there was some type of corruption with the permissions. Clearing them and re applying them didn't fix it... Neither did deleting the instance and recreating it.

In the end i ended up deleting all records from the review tables and re creating the instance.

So far this has seemed to resolve the issue. I need to continue to do my setup now
