Bug AdminCP issue (Go Back Mesage when clicking on options)

We have installed VBshout 5.4.3 lite and the shoutbox shows up on the forum and we can use it, but my issue is on the backend. When I open up the tab to show me my options I get something weird.

I will click on instance and then get a view of the forums with a message box saying go back. So I am not able to get my options. Please help.

Are you upgrading from a lower version of vBShout? If so, please ensure you've followed the steps in the Upgrade Notes file.

If not, please ensure you did not accidentally upload the vbshout.php found in the main /upload folder to the /admincp folder.

If you are sure you uploaded the files correctly, please check your list of plugins for a vBSponsor (or something like that) which has a known bug that causes this issue.
