Question Admin Only Currency

Okay so this may be basic but I have been working on my site for ages and my mind has gone blank.

I have one currency set up lets call it Currency One.
I have now set up a second currency called Currency Two.

I want to set it up where the posts, logins etc all my members do earn them credits to Currency One.

I want to make it where they can transfer money from Currency One to Currency Two BUT NOT FROM Currency Two TO Currency One.

I also want to make it that apart from transfering credits from Currency One to Currency Two the only way Currency Two gets any money is if the admin (or another usergroup with permission) personally adjusts Currency Two.

Can someone please walk me through how to do this? I know it is probably easy but my mind has just gone blah at the moment and I can't do it.

1) Make sure all of your events that automatically award currency are for C1 only.
2) Create an Adjust event for C2 (your usergroup settings should already restrict Adjust access to staff usergroups, but feel free to check them)
3) Create Transfer events for both C1 and C2, but edit C1 and set Transfer To to No and From to Yes, and edit C2 and set Transfer To to Yes and From to No
